I just ignored it and 9 months later I am still ignoring it. This can be annoying when printing black and white only. For small home office fujicerox is just perfect. The size of the box it comes in is huge. Occasional 'phantom' paper jams but that could be humidity issues. All this printer does is chew up the paper and waste hours of your time. The "phantom" paper jam is linked to humidity, of that I am certain - I have never had to extract twisted paper from the c5525a of the machine. If it prints it is great.

If it prints it is great - All this printer does is jam. Cons Nothing in particular. Due to it's loud operating sounds, you know its working from anywhere in your home.
